Looking for an easy way to share your screen with one or more people? If you’re like me, you probably have Gmail open in a tab itself 24/7. Therefore, tools such as your Screenleap certainly useful to you, it lets you share your screen directly from your Gmail or Google Apps
Screenleap is really great because you do not have to stay in Gmail, you can navigate to other sites, open a new tab, open other applications, and more. Screenleap well for training, presentations, meetings, and more. Simply click the button and start sharing
Note:. You will need to have Java installed on your computer in order to work Screenleap
1 .. Add Screenleap extension for Gmail in your browser, it is available for Chrome, Firefox and Safari. For this tutorial, I use Google Chrome.
2. Go to Gmail or Google Apps. If you have already opened your email, you must refresh the page.3. Screenleap you will see the icon at the top of the page next to the search bar in Gmail. Clicking to display the “share your screen” button

4 . Click the “share your screen” button
Note . may need to give permission to run Java applications in your Gmail account, you can select “Run this time” or “always walking on this site.”
5. Screenleap will start and you will get a short link to give to others so they can immediately see your screen. Once the link is clicked, they will see what you see. I tested this fully with my husband, and it works very well, it was a little choppy at times when scrolling and turning pages, but nothing out of the ordinary
6. You can choose to share what is inside the green rectangle, or share your entire screen. You can adjust the size of the rectangle to share only a portion of the screen you want

7. Viewers can see your screen in full size of your screen or they can enter their screens. They can also divert attention away from you and become a presenter. This means that you will transfer the ability to share their screen.
8. Screen Sharing can be stopped or interrupted at any timeIt’s as simple as that!
