How to monitor website from a Mac Dashboard

You use your Mac dashboard? Many Mac users find dashboards are useless and do not use it at all. Others use it every now and then when they remember that it’s there.

One of the best widget in the dashboard is a Web Clip widget Mac. With this widget, you can cut a part of the web page in Safari using the “Open in Dashboard” option. This is a great way to monitor the web page (s) you choose,. Every time a page change / update, so will your widgets

If you need to check the Web page regularly for changes, just use Web Clip widget. Unfortunately, you can not interact with the widget, but it is a good monitoring tool. Best of all, you can create a Web Clip widget to monitor many different sites.

1. To get started, you’ll need to open Safari and go to the web page that you want to monitor.

2. Open the “File” menu and down to “Open in Dashboard.”

3. Page dark and you will need to select the part of the Web page that you want to monitor, then click the “Add” button at the top of the page.

Select the portion of the web pages you want to monitor the changes.

4. Once cut, you will be sent to the dashboard and Web Clip your bill.

5. If you click on the little information in the lower right corner of the widget, you can change the theme of the widget, there are five others to choose

Now all you have to do is check the widget when you want to see if there are changes to your Web Clip. View dashboard is not so useless after all!
