Android Lock screen, which option has the best security?

android-screen-lock-intro real bridge mobile devices in our lives. By accessing someone’s cell phone, you could potentially see their e-mail, SMS, call logs, they take a picture of your contact list, browsing history and all notes and task lists they may have.

Think about this for a minute. If someone, a stranger, is to access your phone, you feel comfortable with them having access to all the information they can get from your cell phone?

Securing Android phone or tablet is actually quite easy. The Android operating system offers several different options to fix it so no one has access to your information. I will briefly explain how the different options is Android lock screen and one has extra security.

To access the security features from the home screen, navigate to the “Settings-> Location & security> Set up screen lock

part of the security process, you may want to give some thought to how Your old screen is accessed before the lock screen. Times may vary as soon as the screen turns off all the way up to about 20 minutes. For someone who has a lot of conversations via text message, maybe a safety lock may be in order. However, someone who has a lot of sensitive information on the phone would be better to set the screen lock timer to get involved when the screen is turned off. I found that the Android screen lock settings somewhere between two and five minutes works well for my purposes.

password Again, you’ll need a strong password that contains some kind of character. In general, you want more than four characters for durability. Use the password that you bring the same problems that the PIN number. Old password and safer, more of an inconvenience, it will hit every time.

key model has some additional parameters. The first is the “use visible pattern”. This will bring up the pattern as you draw on the screen. Not ideal for security, because anyone who looked at the screen you have a good chance to pick up what your model. The second option is the tactile feedback. It is your mobile phone vibration when you touch the screen.

choose the best option for securing Android When it comes to ease of use, Lock pattern is the winner, followed by PIN and. Passwords

The best option is really for you and your individual needs with Android. When choosing a method to secure Android, there must be a balance between security and usability. If you are someone who send a lot of text messages and emails, short password or PIN can be easier than a PIN or password.

In my opinion (and that of the FBI), locking the model is the best option depends on both the usability and security. When creating a model, I would suggest setting up something that is easily reproducible with one hand. This way, if you need to access your phone, you have a better chance to unlock everything myself.
